Abstract. The article deals with the personal factors provoking surge in criminal aggression at women and their influence on efficiency of investigation of crimes, in particular for establishment of motivation, mechanisms and specifics of criminal activity of women. Studying personal features and their influence on criminal behavior of women has to be considered only in interaction with external situational factors. Also it is necessary to consider the multiple-factor nature and nature of formation of criminal aggression at women. The author comes to a conclusion about need of systematization of such specific features of the identity of women as it can lead to allocation of certain types of female criminals.
