Abstract. The consideration of religious values, their bases and principles as the social and psychological aspects of prevention of violence in the family is a critical part of the Tajik Government complex legal, economic, social and organizational measures. One should not only stick to the basics of the constitutional freedom of conscience, but also to know the basics of faith and dogmas of religion, in particular Islam.
