Abstract. The article deals with comparative legal analysis of norms which contain the contract regime of marital partners’ property in states of Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) on the example of Russia, Belаrus and Kazakhstan. The concept of premarital agreement is examined as the base of the contract regime of spousal property. The subject of analysis in the given article is represented by the legal acts of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan which determine the contract regime of marital partners’ property including the level of legal technique of these normative legal acts.
