Abstract. This paper studies the content, features and structure of such a notion of justice as a professional lawyer. The particular attention is paid to the comparative analysis of legal consciousness of the lawyer, judge, prosecutor, investigator and legal counsel. The author determines the features of professional legal psychology and professional legal ideology of a lawyer. The paper concludes that legal ideology should prevail in the formation of lawyer’s legal consciousness, including such elements as its legal psychology.
