Abstract. The article analyzes the arbitration procedure of disputes resolution and mediation of the Japan Intellectual Property Arbitration Center. The author makes conclusion that the process of disputes regulation relating to the protection of rights to intellectual property, can be referred to the alternative ways of disputes resolution.
