Abstract. The article is devoted to basic topical problems of a technique of teaching “Actual problems of theory of state and law” in the magistracy course for the students mastering in jurisprudence. The aforementioned issue has gained its topical idea alongside with the introduction of the new state educational standard in higher institutions and demands new methods of solution in the present-day situation.
