Abstract.The article substantiates the probability of transferring the property of a religious organization for religious purposes without regard to religious affiliation in the absence of a dispute between various religious organizations. The author mentions Old Alan castles on the territory of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic and old premises of the Herrnhuters in Old Sarepta, Volgograd.
