Abstract. K.N. Leontiev’s legal conception is explored, particularly in the part of the theory of the triune development process of a state. The phenomenon causes and essence are unveiled, as well as the regularities of its further development. The consistent patterns of a state transition from one stage to another are analyzed. The attributes of a state development stages are distinguished.
