Abstract. This article is devoted to the nature of the crime prescribed in Section 315 of Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. There is mismatch between the description of objective aspect features of judicial act performance and the characteristic of the target of the crime. On the basis of the foresaid the amendments in this Section of Criminal Code of the Russian Federation are offered.
