Abstarct. Some issues of the implementation of the criminal law means aimed at providing the private persons involved in the proceedings with safety are analyzed in this article. The author pays attention to some of its defects and to the absence of guarantees of safety of some legal proceeding subjects from the certain socially dangerous acts. It is suggested to improve the criminal legislation including the accordance its rules with the rules of the Russian Criminal Procedural Code.
