Abstract. The article is devoted to the improvement of the legal regulation of investment relations in the Russian Federation under the conditions of financial instability. The article explicitly outlines the key issues related to legal guarantee investment security: the lack of a harmonized regulatory framework for investment, the lack of legislative recognition of the basic institutions of the investment law (“investment security”, “investment agreement”), as well as proposals to address them.
