Abstract. The development of an innovative economy determines the relevance of the investigation of traditional, established and newest forms of innovation. New challenges are facing the right of corporations designed to ensure efficient management of corporate forms of innovative economic activities, which are prevalent in the list of its members. Demand issues of corporate forms of innovation management, which are the most common in the immediate environment of innovation actors, are investigated on the basis of the constituent classification according to the levels of the global economic system in the economic science. The author also draws the attention of researchers to the fact that the closest attention of modern civil science should be attracted to new forms of participation in innovation businesses that possess adequate capacity. Some of them are put forward by the newly updated civil law, some are under discussion and are provided within an ongoing large-scale reform of the law of corporations.
