Abstract. This article deals with the exclusive rights to the content, the use of the motion pictures, TV movies in the information and telecommunication networks, analyzes the figure of “an information broker” as a party to these relations, and investigates the court practices. The author substantiates the conclusion of bringing an information broker to civil liability in the use of exclusive rights after complaints, as well as the possibility to block the content before the trial.
