The author of the article proves that studying of progressive experience of the foreign states in the sphere of improvement of judicial system, processes of intensive introduction of the latest technologies in the field of administration of justice promotes the protection of rights and legitimate interests of citizens. According to the author the modernization technique of the Russian court system lies within the latest tendencies in teaching certain methods and technologies aiming at developing alternative, out-of-court settlement.
