Abstract. The article is devoted to the problems arising at termination of a lease contract of a non-residential premise, signed for the term of not less than one year. Various positions concerning the moment of coming into effect of the agreement on termination of the registered lease contract of a non-residential premise are considered and analyzed. On the basis of the analysis of the developed jurisprudence and regulations taking into account the latest changes in the Civil Code of the Russian Federation concrete recommendations about current legislation improvement in this sphere are made.
