Abstract. The article represents the analysis of provisions of the project of changes of part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation adopted in the first reading by the State Duma on April 27, 2012 that are significant for the sphere of corporate law. Innovations
introduced in the bill are considered in the aspect of contingence of provisions of the being reformed Civil Code of the Russian Federation with regulations of the corresponding relations in the EU legislation.
