Abstract. The standards of the renovated civil legislation in the prospective aiming the legislator at strengthening the requirements of the honesty of participants in the civil revolution are investigated in the article. The author analyzes positions; both already adopted legislative acts, as well as the project of the introduction of changes in the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The conclusion being substantiated is that the system of arbitration court is capable of giving estimation to the actions through the prism of the estimated concept of honesty perfected by subject, of using the principle of honesty as a base for the adoption of a judicial decision.
