Abstract. The paper analyzes the specific features of the content of municipal lawmaking technique. The authors justify the relevance of the study. The paper presents the scientific approaches to the definition of juridical technique content. The paper includes the discussion on the content of juridical and technical tools and methods. The authors reveal that the types of juridical technique differ in the set and the content of its rules. The authors characterize the basic types of juridical technique rules: content rules, logic rules, language rules, structural rules and formal rules. On the basis of the federal law “On general principles of organization of local self-government in the Russian Federation”, the authors give detailed characteristics of procedural rules of juridical technique. It was determined that significant differences of municipal law and municipal law-making juridical technique from the lawmaking process and, consequently, the law-making juridical technique at other levels are disclosed in the group of procedural rules of municipal law-making juridical technique.
